# Your dashboard explained

## Your shows, your sales and your next payout, all on one page.

**Quick answer:** Your Stage Stubs dashboard shows how your shows are selling (tickets sold, ticket income, followers), what needs your attention (such as a seating plan to approve), your recent orders and your next payout. New organisers also get a four-step checklist to their first show on sale.

Your dashboard is the first thing you see when you sign in, and it's designed to answer the questions organisers ask most: How are my shows selling? Is there anything I need to do? When am I getting paid?

Here's a quick tour.

### At the top

You'll get a friendly hello, today's date and a one-line summary of how things are going, along with two handy buttons: **Create event** and **My events**.

### When you're just starting out

If you're new, you'll see **Get your first show on sale**, a simple four-step checklist: **Create your first event**, **Set up payments**, **Publish and share your link**, and **Get the app for show day**. Each step ticks itself off once it's done.

There's also a short welcome video, "See how Stage Stubs works", and some tips on what helps shows sell, based on how real Stage Stubs shows sell.

### Once your shows are on sale

The dashboard fills up with everything you need at a glance.

**Your figures** show boxes such as **Tickets sold**, **Ticket income**, **Families following you**, **Upcoming shows** and your **Next payout**. If you're ever unsure what a number means, hover over the little "i" next to it.

**Your upcoming events** lists each show with a label telling you where it's at:

| Label | What it means |
| --- | --- |
| **Draft** | Not on sale yet |
| **Chart in progress** | Our team is building your seating plan |
| **Needs you** | Your seating plan is ready for you to check |
| **On sale** | Tickets are selling |
| **Sales closed** | Ticket sales have finished |

If you've got a show coming up that isn't on sale yet, **On sale soon** counts down to when tickets go live, with **Copy event link** and **Preview event page** so you can get the word out early.

Further down you'll find **Recent orders**, so you can watch bookings come in, **Top tips** for selling more tickets, and help whenever you need it: "Questions? Talk to our team", plus **Run the door from your phone** to get the app.

### Finding your way around

The menu at the top takes you everywhere else:

| Menu | What it's for |

| **Dashboard** | This page |
| **Create Event** | Start a new show |
| **My Events** | All your shows, past and future |
| **My Refunds** | Refund requests from buyers, and refunds you've made |
| **My Balance** | Your payouts (appears once payments are set up) |

Your account menu has **Scan Assistants** (helpers for the door), **Get the app** and **Settings**. In Settings you can change your password; update your name, email, phone numbers and email preferences under **Profile**; save a card for refunds under **Saved Cards**; and manage where your money goes under **Payment account**. In countries where ticket prices include tax, you'll also see **Tax settings**.

### Common questions

**Why can't I see My Balance?** It appears once your payment account is set up.

**What does "Needs you" mean?** Your seating plan is ready for you to check and approve.
