The Stage Stubs Dashboard is your central hub for managing events, tracking ticket sales, handling payouts, reviewing refunds, and updating your account settings.
Dashboard Overview
Upon logging in, your personalized dashboard presents all the important information you need at a glance:
-
Name & Email: At the top of the page, your name and email address are prominently displayed. This ensures that you're always aware of which account you're logged into.
-
Create New Event: To the right of your name, you’ll see the "Create New Event" button. Clicking this will take you to a step-by-step event creation process where you can begin setting up a new event, whether it’s a concert, seminar, conference, or any other event type.
-
Most Recent Event: Directly below the "Create New Event" button, your most recent event will show up. This section provides a quick snapshot of your latest event, including:
- Cover Image: A visual representation (cover photo) of your event, making it easy to recognize at a glance.
- Status: The current event status, which will either be Published (indicating that the event is live and ticket sales are active) or Draft (meaning the event has not been made public yet).
2. My Events
The My Events section is where you can view and manage all of your events, including upcoming, active, and past events. Here’s what you can do here:
-
View Events: Clicking on the "View Events" button takes you to a list of all your events, where you can easily manage, update, or track their progress.
-
Event Details: After selecting an event, clicking the "View" button will open the detailed event page, where you can track sales, update event details, and monitor key metrics like ticket availability.
3. Event Details
When you click "View" on a specific event, you’ll be taken to the Event Details page, which provides key metrics about the event’s ticket sales and overall status:
-
Total: This is the total number of tickets available for sale for the event. It represents the maximum ticket capacity for your event.
-
Sold: This shows the number of tickets sold. It only includes successfully purchased tickets and excludes any tickets that have been refunded. This is a crucial metric for tracking attendance and revenue.
-
Available: This displays the number of tickets still available for purchase. It is calculated by subtracting the Sold tickets from the Total number of tickets. This tells you how many tickets are left for potential buyers.
-
Unavailable: These are tickets that are currently unavailable for sale. They might be reserved for specific individuals, temporarily blocked, or marked as unavailable for other reasons. These tickets do not contribute to the Available count.
4. My Settings
The My Settings section allows you to manage important aspects of your Stagestub account. Here, you can ensure that your personal and financial information is accurate and up to date:
