Setting Up Your Pay Out Account

Add your details so ticket sales can be paid out to you

Once your seller account is created, the next essential step is setting up your payout account. This ensures that funds from ticket sales can be transferred to your bank account without delays.

Your Payment Account contains all the information that Stage Stubs will need to transfer the money received from your ticket sales to your bank account.


1. Start the Payout Setup

  1. Log in to your Stage Stubs seller account.
  2. From your Dashboard, locate the Payment Account section.
  3. Click Complete Setup (you’ll see this button in the Payment Account block or at the top of the page).

2. Enter Your Personal Details

After clicking Complete Setup, you’ll be redirected to a secure setup page.

  1. Fill in all required personal information.
  2. Make sure the details you provide are accurate, as they’re used for verification and payouts.

3. Add Your Business Information

Next, you’ll be asked a few questions about your business.

  1. Follow each step carefully.
  2. Enter valid and up-to-date business details.
  3. The remaining steps may vary depending on your business type.

4. Finish the Setup

  1. Complete all required steps in the setup flow.
  2. Once finished, you’ll be redirected back to Stage Stubs.
  3. The Complete Setup button will disappear, confirming that your payout account is now active.
