Setting a Ticket Purchase Limit for Each Customer

Control how many tickets a single buyer can purchase per showing

You can set a limit on how many tickets each customer can buy for a specific showing. This applies to both free and paid events and helps prevent bulk purchases.

Set a Ticket Limit

  1. Go to My Events and click View to open the one you’d like to update.
  2. Find the option Maximum quantity of tickets per customer and click Update.
  3. Enter the maximum number of tickets a single customer can by per showing.
  4. Save your changes.

Once set, customers won’t be able to exceed this limit - even if they try placing multiple orders for the same event.

📝 Important note:

Customers may still bypass this limit by using different Stage Stubs accounts. At the moment, this cannot be restricted.

Setting purchase limits helps you manage availability more effectively and ensures fair access for everyone attending your event.
