Requesting a refund
Go to your event attendee account on Stage Stubs and click My Orders.
Select the order that you would like to request a refund for and click "View". You will see the Order Summary page where all the information about your order is displayed:
Click "Request refund" and you will be redirected to the refund page:
Select the tickets that you would like refunded. Also, explain the reason for your refund request to let the seller know why you wish to cancel the order. Then click "Request Refund".
Your request will be sent to the event organiser and they will see it in their Stage Stubs account.
Note that there is no 100% guarantee that your request will be granted. Stage Stubs has a no-refund policy which means that we do not have a capability to issue a refund for tickets at our own will. All the funds paid for tickets go to event organisers directly, so it is at their discretion only to grant or decline a refund request.
Requesting an exchange
To swap your ticket to another showing or date you will need to contact the event organiser directly, who can then pass on your request to Stage Stubs customer support to action.
Please note that only the event organiser can request for this to be actioned.
When submitting your request, please ensure you have given the following information to the event organiser to pass on..
- Your full name
- Your email address linked with your Stage Stubs account
- Your order number
- What tickets (specifically) you would like changed
- What you would like them changed to (If changing seats, we would need to specific row and seat numbers before being able to action this request so it is worth checking the current seating availability to find which seats you would prefer from what is still available).
