In order to buy tickets on Stage Stubs, you need to register a buyer account first. If you already have an account, go to https://stagestubs.com/login and sign in.
Creating an account is mandatory as there is no possibility to buy tickets as a guest on Stage Stubs.
Click "Buy Tickets" or "Find Tickets" and you will be redirected to the page where you can search for events. You can search by location or event name. Also, if you are looking to buy tickets for an event being held by a specific company, you can search by the company name.
When you start typing, the system will suggest events in the drop-down list. Click on the event that you are interested in.
After clicking on the event you will be redirected to its page on Stage Stubs. You can read the information about the event provided by the organiser to decide whether you would like to attend. When you are ready, click Book Tickets.
Please pay attention to the day and time of the showing that you would like to attend. Some events may have several showings on the same day so make sure to select the one that matches your time schedule the most.
Select your tickets, add them to basket and click Checkout.
Please note that Stage Stubs charges a booking fee on top of the price of every ticket purchased on the platform. You can see the amount of the booking fee on the checkout page before confirming your order.
To complete your order, enter your payment card details on the checkout page and click "Pay".
The order confirmation and the tickets will be sent to your email registered with Stage Stubs. Also, you can download your tickets in your Stage Stubs account.
There is no possibility to book tickets by phone. We only accept orders made on the site and paid online.
Printing tickets is not necessary. All tickets have a QR code that can be scanned by the event organiser at the entrance to the show.
In case you wish to change the time or date of the showing that you would like to attend, our support team can swap your tickets to another showing given there are seats available. You may send a ticket swapping request to our team by email or phone.
