Requesting a Ticket Exchange or Refund
How to manage changes to your existing order
If you need to change or cancel your tickets, Stage Stubs offers two options: requesting a refund or asking for a ticket exchange. Here’s a quick guide to help you with either process.
Requesting a Refund
1. Log in to your Stage Stubs attendee account.
Go to your account and click My Orders.
2. Open the order you want refunded.
Select the order and click View to open the Order Summary page.
3. Click Request Refund.
This will take you to the refund request page.
4. Select the tickets to be refunded.
Tick the specific tickets you’d like to cancel.
5. Provide a reason for your request.
Add a short explanation so the organiser understands why you’re requesting a refund.
6. Submit your request.
Click Request Refund. Your request will be sent to the event organiser for review.
Important: Refunds are not guaranteed. Stage Stubs follows a no-refund policy, and funds go directly to organisers. Only they can approve or decline a refund request.
Requesting a Ticket Exchange
1. Contact the event organiser directly.
Exchanges can only be requested by the organiser on your behalf.
2. Provide all necessary details.
Send the organiser the following information so they can pass your request to Stage Stubs support:
- Your full name
- The email address linked to your Stage Stubs account
- Your order number
- The specific tickets you want to change
- What you want them changed to
- For allocated seating: the exact row and seat numbers you'd prefer (after checking current availability.
3. Wait for the organiser to submit the request.
The organiser will forward your exchange request to Stage Stubs support, who will then action it.
