Download Admissions list

Export a full seat and ticket overview for any showing

The Admissions List gives you a complete snapshot of all seats for a specific showing, including their current status at the time you download it.

You’ll see:

  • Which seats are sold
  • Which seats are still available
  • Buyer details
  • Ticket price information

Here's how to download your list:

Step 1 - Open the showing

  1. Go to My Events in your Dashboard.
  2. Click View next to the event you’re working on.
  3. Scroll down to the list of showings.
  4. Click View beside the showing you want to export.

Step 2 - Download the Admissions List

You will see a Download Admissions List button on the upper-right.

Step 3 - Save your CSV file

Your Admissions List will download to your computer as a CSV file, which you can open using Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet program.
