Ticket Scanning App

Scan, track, and manage your event tickets with ease

Every ticket created on Stage Stubs comes with a unique QR code. With the Stage Stubs mobile app, you can scan tickets, track attendance, and access event details - all from your phone!

You can download the mobile app from the App Store or Google Play.

Step 1 - Set up your account

The app has five main sections: My Events, Search, Scan, History, and Settings.

1. My Events

  • Serves as your home screen.
  • Shows live and upcoming events.
  • Tap an event and select a showing to see order details.
  • From there, you can open the ticket scanner for today's showing.



 

2. Search

  • Search for buyers by Order ID, Ticket ID, Name, Surname, or Email.


3. Scan

  • The core feature of the app.
  • Scan a QR code on a ticket and the app automatically matches it to your event's tickets.
  • Green box: ticket is valid and scanned successfully.
  • Red box: ticket is invalid for the showing or has already been scanned.

 

💡 Tip: Multiple staff an use the app at the same time. Scanned ticket data is updated in real time for all users.

4. History

  • Review your scanning history.
  • See Scan Status, Ticket ID, Scan Time, Event Name, and Buyer Details.




5. Settings

  • Change your password.
  • View the app version, Privacy Policy, and Terms & Conditions.
  • Send messages to the support team to help with app features.
