Pay Out Process
Understanding how and when your earnings reach you
Once your event is up and running, it’s time to look forward to receiving your payouts!
Stage Stubs sends payouts to your bank account daily. The system automatically calculates what you’re due based on your ticket sales. Buyers cover the booking fee, which is collected by Stage Stubs at the time of purchase.
You must meet both of these before we can begin verification:
- At least 20 tickets sold, and
- At least one purchased ticket is older than 2 weeks.
This ensures we have enough data to complete the verification accurately.
To enable payouts:
- Log in to Stage Stubs Dashboard.
- Click
View Payouts. - Click
Enable Payouts. - This should automatically open a chat window in the bottom-right corner where you'll be asked a few quick verification questions.
📝 If the chat window doesn’t pop up:
Sometimes browser settings can block it from opening automatically. If that happens, just click the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of your screen - your verification message should be waiting there.
You can check your earnings anytime by clicking View Payouts from the Dashboard.
Here, you’ll be able to see:

Payments currently on their way to you

Your total earnings
-
Your estimated upcoming payout dates

A full history of payouts already sent to your bank account, including amount, status, and arrival date
In case you ever see the payout status "Failed", it means that Stage Stubs was unable to send money to your bank account. Please contact our Customer Service team to verify your bank account data and resolve the issue!
