Downloading Your Tickets

Quick ways to view and download your Stage Stubs tickets

Accessing Your Tickets

When you purchase tickets on Stage Stubs, a copy is automatically emailed to the address linked to your buyer account. If the email doesn’t come through or gets lost, you can easily download your tickets directly from your account.

Viewing Your Order

  1. Log in to your Stage Stubs account.
  2. Head to the My Orders page.
  3. Select View on the order you want to access.
You'll be taken to a page that displays all tickets in that order. This page includes key event details like the event name, date and time, the organiser, and your seat numbers (for seated shows).

Downloading Your Tickets

  1. On the order page, select Download Tickets.
  2. The tickets will download to your device as PDF files.

You can print the tickets or keep them on your phone - each ticket includes a QR code that organisers can scan using the Stage Stubs mobile app.

Other Available Options

  • Request Refund - You can submit a refund request directly from this page. For more details, check out the related refund article.
  • Download Receipt - Generates a PDF receipt you can save to your device
