When you place an order on Stage Stubs the tickets are sent to your email address registered for your buyer account. Sometimes emails may be lost, so there is an option to download your tickets in your Stage Stubs account directly.
Log in to your account and go to My Orders page. Click to View the necessary order:

You will be redirected to the page where you can view your tickets included in the current order. The information on the page contains the name of the event, the date and time of the showing, the organiser's company name and the number of each seat (in case the event has a seating plan). Click to Download Tickets:

The tickets will be downloaded to your device as PDF files. You may print them out or keep them on your mobile phone. All tickets contain a QR code that the event organisers can scan using the Stage Stubs mobile app:
There are other options available on the same page, such as "Request Refund" and "Download Receipt". You may learn more about requesting a refund for your order in this article.
The option to Download Receipt allows you to get a PDF receipt of your order and save it on your device.
