    • If this is your first event, youโ€™ll need to enable payouts in your Stage Stubs account.

    • Once enabled, payouts are sent directly to your bank account on a daily basis.

  • Does it cost me anything to use Stage Stubs?

    • No - Stage Stubs is completely free for organisers.

    • Buyers pay a small booking fee per ticket, which covers platform costs.

  • How much is the booking fee?

    • Fees vary by region. Use our Event Ticket Price Calculator (change your country in the dropdown) to see the exact fee for your location.
    • The fee is automatically added to the buyerโ€™s ticket price, so youโ€™ll always receive the full ticket value.

  • Can I issue a refund to a buyer?

    • Yes, refunds can be processed directly from your Stage Stubs dashboard under Orders.

  • Who covers the booking fee in a refund?

    • When refunding, you decide whether to include the booking fee.

    • If you choose to refund it, please note Stage Stubs does not refund booking fees - this amount will be covered by you. 

  • How long do refunds take?

    • Refunds are usually processed within 5โ€“10 business days, depending on the buyerโ€™s bank.

  • Can I edit my event after publishing it?

    • Yes, you can update details such as the date, time, and venue from your dashboard.

    • Note: If your event has allocated seating and tickets have already been sold, some changes (like ticket types or prices) is not possible.

    • Absolutely! You can download attendee lists for each show under View > Download Admissions List.

  • Can I scan tickets at my event?

    • Yes! Stage Stubs provides a free ticket scanning app.

    • Scanning tickets ensures smooth entry and prevents duplicate use.

  • How do I use the scanner?

  • What happens if someone brings a duplicate ticket?

    • The app will alert you immediately if a ticket has already been scanned.

  • Can I see check-in data after the event?

    • Yes, scanned entries are recorded in real time, and you can view or export the attendance list from your dashboard.

  • Can I create discount codes for my events?

    • Yes! You can set up discount codes as either a fixed amount or a percentage off the ticket price. 

    • You can configure the discount codes to have a start and expiry date so it's only useable within the timeframe.

  • How do customers use discount codes?

    • Customers simply enter the code at checkout, and the discount will be applied automatically. The original ticket price and discount will both be visible in your reports.
