# Booking reminder emails

## Started booking but got interrupted? We'll send you one friendly nudge.

**Quick answer:** If you start booking a show on Stage Stubs and leave before paying, we send one reminder email about 2 hours later, at most once a week per show. Click Stop booking reminders at the bottom of the email to turn them off.

We all know the feeling: you're halfway through booking tickets and then dinner needs making, or the school run beckons. If you're signed in and leave a show's checkout before paying, we'll send you a short reminder about 2 hours later, just in case. The subject line says "Still coming to" followed by the show's name.

### What's in the reminder

The email shows the show's name, date and venue, with a **Finish booking** button (or **Book your seats** for seated shows) that takes you straight back to the tickets. Your seats aren't held while you're away, so if it's a busy show it's worth booking sooner rather than later.

### How often you'll hear from us

At most one reminder per show each week, and never more than one a day. We only send them for shows with paid tickets.

### Turning them off

Would you rather not get these? Click **Stop booking reminders** at the bottom of any reminder, and we won't send you any more.

### Common questions

**Are my seats held after I leave checkout?** No. They go back on sale, so book soon for busy shows.

**How do I stop these emails?** Click Stop booking reminders at the bottom of any reminder.
