# Adding tickets to your phone wallet and calendar

## Keep your tickets safe on your phone and the date in your diary, so nothing gets forgotten.

**Quick answer:** Open your Stage Stubs booking email or order page and tap Add to Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Add to Google Wallet (Android). Your tickets work without signal and update themselves if the show changes. The booking email also has links to add the show to your calendar.

If you'd rather not scroll through emails at the door, save your tickets to Apple Wallet (on an iPhone) or Google Wallet (on Android). They sit alongside your boarding passes and loyalty cards, work without signal, and are ready the moment you need them.

### Saving your tickets to your wallet

1. Open your booking email, or your order page (**View my order** in the email, or **My Orders** and then **View**).
2. Tap **Add to Apple Wallet** on an iPhone, or **Add to Google Wallet** on Android.
3. Follow your phone's prompts to save them.

On the night, open your wallet and show the ticket at the door. It scans exactly like the code in your email.

### If anything about the show changes

Wallet tickets keep themselves up to date. If the organiser moves the time or the venue, your ticket updates with the new details and your phone lets you know. If a ticket is refunded or sent to someone else, it will say "This ticket no longer gets you in", so there's no confusion at the door.

### Adding the show to your calendar

Your booking email has links to add the show to a **Google**, **Outlook** or **Apple / other** calendar, and there's a calendar file attached too. Click the one you use, save it, and it's safely in your diary.

### Good to know

The wallet buttons disappear once the show is over, or if every ticket in the order has been refunded. And if you've sent a ticket to someone else, they'll get their own wallet buttons in their email.

### Common questions

**Do wallet tickets work without signal?** Yes. They're saved on your phone.

**What if the show time changes?** Your wallet ticket updates itself, and your phone lets you know.
